What we did with left overs

We first made 14 quarts of roasted turkey bone broth and then made 6 quarts of turkey drumstick soup and then we made turkey gumbo using sassafras file never heard of it but it is a must for great gumbo. We are glad we are done with the turkey and we wasted none of it.
I sure wish we lived closer together. You are an amazing cook.
