"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Wine grapes

We have been very careful with our vineyards and this is our third harvest. We started out with three year old vines and we grew them for three years picking all the fruit off as they grew so the vines roots had the best opertunity to get strong the we only let 25 percent of fruit to ripen first...

Well what a morning we had to take bird netting off first and then we harvested all our vineyards. We are getting ready to head up to the Pahrump valley winery to weigh them and get them processed....

Farm grapes

Our grapes are ripening and we are getting ready to harvest the vineyards. These are a mixture of Zinfandel, Cabernet,and red table grapes all of them taste so sweet....

Brix at 22

We checked the Brix on our Zinfandel vineyards they are at 22 we need them to be 25 plus so we will check them again in about a week. It's always exciting to harvest the vineyards....
