We smoked the leg for three hours with mesquite and grape vines now on to the summit Weber for low and slow seven more hours we put leg on a bed of our farm organic apples and onions and shredded some of both on top. Now onto hierloom tomato BBQ sauce....

We are also picking some of our heirloom onion for a blue cheese wedge salad using our farm cured bacon and then a little sauté farm fresh zucchini ....
