We are having breaded stuffed chicken breast stuffed with spinach , pine nuts and garlic , along with havarti cheese along with our canned hierloom tomato sauce . Then we are roasting our purple potatoes with garlic and rosemary ....

We have to always watch the weather in the winter we look for the freeze which often happens at night here. We cover with sheets when ever the forecast is 45 degrees or under as our farm is in one of the coldest spots in our valley and runs ten degrees lower then most forecasts....
