"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Gardens growing

We grew our peppers and tomatoes all from seeds and most from saved seeds from our gardens last year. We will have red, orange , and yellow peppers and many colors of tomatoes....

Summer on the farm

One good thing about the summer heat is our gardens and the seasonal different crops we look forwards to the hierloom tomatoes , and squash , peppers , and eggplant....

Farm breakfast

We made some of our red wattle beacon, our pastured herbed eggs , our hierloom tomato juice we canned last summer and some organic spelt pancakes....

Seedlings planted

We had help from Jethrow our farm cat and we got most of our hierloom tomatoes, peppers and eggplants planted the bed we used this year for our summer crops is about four years old now and with our careful planning we have built the soils in these beds so rich and fluffy you can stick your hand all...

Hierloom tomatoes

Our transplants are doing well a couple were a little stressed I thought we were going to loose our one plant black from Tula I tried to grow this tomato from transplants I purchased so I am going to try one more time from seedlings we have to try and try agian. Farming is not easy in the desert....
