"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

It's officially hierloom to,auto season here on the farm. We get excited to see al the different varieties and flavors. We start our seeds around February 15 and plant outside around April 15 last frost date....

Hierloom tomato spaghetti

The heirlooms are ripening slowly we get a handful a day and we are on stand by with my dear friend Nancy White to start canning them we have San marzano paste tomatoes we will make and can paste as well as so many wonderful tasty hierloom for sauce....

Menu tonight

We are making Chinese long beans with our organic beans, potatoes, and organic pastured bacon along with our farm fresh organic chicken foot stock, and of course some sliced hierloom best tasteing tomatoes , we added some two inch filets as a side....
