We suffered some loses from the freeze and we are giving our heirloom tomato plants a sea-90 mineral drink to try and boost them from shock....

Well the frost assessment is about six of the 30 plants suffered a bit of damage they were the last plants we planted. The good thing is we still have another dozen to transplant and it looks like we will be safe for an extended time.o
Our weather is so crazy as it was 31 degrees this morning and...

Oh boy it hit 31 degrees this morning and we will have to wait until the sun is up to check the damage on the heirloom tomato crop. I am a little nervous but Michael is trying to put a positive spin onit....

Our whole family helps in the gardens, we had another great day on the farm....

The clouds made the mountain even more beautiful at sun rise. We had a quick breakfast of buckwheat pancakes and our farm eggs.
Then off to work in the gardens we are painstakingly pulling and digging crab grass out befor we transplant another ten heirloom tomato plants....
