We are having creamy pablano turkey soup, it’s a recipe using left over Thanksgiving dinner which we had enough of so we froze some of the left overs to use later. This recipe called for left over stuffing and orzo , mashed potatoes.

It is so exciting to see germination , we planted our winter greens over two weeks ago and have been carefully covering and uncovering them everyday. We were beginning to wonder if they were going to sprout . Gardening in the desert can be hard work as we battle the extrem heat to the freezing...

We got 16 quarts of turkey stock this year. I was starting to get nervous as I was running low on my prescious chicken foot stock. We use them for sauces ,soups, gravy....
