We have to always watch the weather in the winter we look for the freeze which often happens at night here. We cover with sheets when ever the forecast is 45 degrees or under as our farm is in one of the coldest spots in our valley and runs ten degrees lower then most forecasts....

It really is the joy of gardening when you research source hierloom rare seeds , then plant them and watch them grow.
We have 70 of the most unique rare hierloom tomatoes, peppers , eggplants and a few different plants....
