All of our gardens are growing as they love this weather. We have several rare and unique varieties of peas, beans, carrots, radishes , beets , cabbage , Brussel sprouts, broccoli ,cauliflower and they are all growing in the garden beds . Our Mexican food is usually tacos or Fijitas we made a tomatillo salsa and baked chicken with cheese sour cream, radish and avocado and it was really good we try to mix things up every night here on the farm....

We had a ice burg wedge with house made blue cheese dressing along with our farm fresh hiertage turkey soup with our farm hierloom tomatoes and farm cured bacon we are trying to be heart smart by adding mung beans or Farro. We do lack beans and legumes from our menu but we are working on that....
