One of me all time favorites fried chicken , mashed potatoes and gravy, and corn . My mom was so intelligent and she used her smarts to let the pickiest eater on earth pick the nightly dinner vegetables and I always picked corn with our fried chicken....

This crazy cat she insisted on going out in to the back yard and it’s been so cold she usually stay out five minutes but this morning around 5 am she disappeared so on goes our layers of warm clothes and flash light to find her on the farm. We started our News Years day with a view of the moon going down, then out to Amorgosa Cafe for breakfast ,then onto Death Valley it was a great day with so many unusual sites now back home doing farm chores....
