We took a ride to Shoshone , Tecopa, and China ranch date Farm. We took a walk down the Amorgosa river and ended our day at Tecopa brewery for pulled pork, brisket , and chili with a house brewed desert dog brown beer....

We collected the pine needles today and put in a pile to compost. We use them for our vineyard and hierloom tomato gardens as they need acid and our soil lacks acid....

All of our fowl run free on the farm , and these two hens we took in from one of our clients and they hang together always. The hens in the corral have access to open gates and barn doors they are just kicking back inside....
