This is our first real heirloom tomato harvest. Our goal today is to core and chop all of these and put in five pound freezer bags. We are going to chop and freeze by flavor and color groups. We will can these with our next big fresh heirloom tomato harvest....

All our fowl roosts inside the barn and every morning at day light we let them out and they all dispatch out to all our farm pastures, and they cover the whole farm a few times a day....

We have a week to drink farm fresh tomato juice. We made it spicy and we can say there is no comparison to farm fresh food. Simply no substitute for mass produced factory food as to farm food....
