We love this easy quick breakfast . We take a farm egg boil some chicken foot stock and pour over whipped egg for tummy warming tasty meal. We have projects to concur this am being that it will be 78 today it’s a cool 31 degrees now . We are on the north end of town and seem to be 10 degrees cooler...

We heard a thud about 5 am we let Vanessa and Sam out back and we looked out front and sure enough a coyote had one of our Spanish black hiertage turkeys.

We just love our summit degrees two minutes each side then continued to cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes resting now seared with cabbage and our farm apple butter....
