We had some farm fresh heirloom bruschetta using our farm organic garlic, basil, and an organic balsamic reduction it was fantastic....

We are making slow- Roasted heirloom tomato and garlic Mariana sauce. The recipe calls for 23 pounds and that exactly what we harvested today. We have a fun day on the farm tomarrow as we will slow roast our garlic , and heirloom tomatoes for five hours before we can them....
