"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

We had left overs tonight

We used our wayguy beef with our farm grown stir fry mix topped with a farm fresh pastured egg and barnaise sauce with the asparagus and mushroom left overs....

Rocco is so funny

I went out to turn his sprinklers off in his pasture and had to run up for a pat on the nose all our farm pigs do that , but then he jumped up and did a 360 and sprinted to his feed bin....

We finished honoring our farm heritage turkey

We made seven quarts of turkey drumstick soup, that excellent for improving immunity, gut healing, and joint health. We also made 6 pints of turkey pot pie filling one of my favorite dishes just top it with puff pastry pop in the oven. We try and use our whole animal to honor thier life, and there...

Still doing prep work

I had to sharpen my knife. I just love going to the grocery store and strain the Brian of the cashier on my produce picks but they always want to know what I am cooking part of a small town and knowing folks. I got the drumstick leg soup prep done and most of the pot pie tomarrow should be easy....
