On the menu tonight

We are making Ina Gartens 1770 meatloaf with garlic sauce. The Kobe beef was on sale so we used Kobe beef and ground veal. We also are having mini scalloped potatoes made in ramekins this recipe sounded good and fun as most recipes call for huge amount of potatoes and we never finish them. We made enough for the freezer and two more meals.
