We made French onion soup using our canned carmilized onions from last year I am still new at preserving as we are so spoiled from farm fresh and last year I decided to learn how to can with the help of my good friend Nancy White the soup was made with our farm broths which I make from all my fresh pork and chicken as we try and use the whole animals along with our farm fresh salads using winter greens and fresh herbs.
