Farm pickled carrots and beets

We made two different pickle brines for the carrots we used some ginger,ground mustard, turmeric, celery seeds, the beets we used cinnamon sticks, allspice berries, cloves. They both came out good and then we canned the carrots, it’s always rewarding when you plant seeds and end up with some good food.
