Farm heirloom tomatoes

We are trying to keep up with all the tomatoes on the farm. We have been coring and chopping then bagging to freeze them. Our great friends Paul and Nancy White are going to fly up to the farm and Nancy and I will do a canning marathon it’s our annual personal party, we make salsas , pasta sauce , marinara, juice, and whole fresh tomatoes. It’s a lot of fun as we pick up where the other left off. I made a batch of marinara last week and I missed my friend after chopping 23 pounds of tomatoes , six onions and three heads of garlic that’s a lot of garlic.
