Farm fresh rataouille

Wow we have had the pleasure of eating this dish at a few fine French restaurants but boy if all chefs had access to 100 percent farm food. This is the first time I have made this dish and generally I pass on all sorts of peppers but being that this is what our gardens are yielding now I thought okay use your farm fresh food it was amazing like one friend once told open your mind to different foods and when you have fresh food it makes all the difference I’ll being making this dish again
