Dinner tonight on the farm

This is a funny story as I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and my mom was a fisherman and she would demand me to come home and I would say no way to fresh cooked fish I would stay at Michaels moms house for dinner. I do not like cooked fish but I love sushi, but Michael loves fish so I learned to broil it . Our number one executive farm Chef big dog Geno Bernardo who helped us from the begging brought a fish monger chef expert and told me never coke fish in the oven well what can I say as Michael won’t order fish at a restaurant be cause they over cook fish and I cook it better so here I go I cooked salmon with rice pilaf and Swiss chard and my go to froie gras my favorite .
