Dinner tonight on the farm

We used our left over Korean short ribs that was dinner last night to make a great stir fry using our farm hierloom string beans and other vegetables we used some organic cauliflower and tomarrow night we plan on using the rest os the cauliflower to make a cream soup tomarrow. It is a challenge to cook for two so we have to come up with different recipes to make use of our food and we will freeze any left over cream of cauliflower soup to use this winter.
