What can one say but yum , we used a can of our turkey drumstick soup that we made with our organic pastured hiertage turkey. Thier legs tend to be tough from free ranging the farm the meat is mahgany Brown we slow cooked for about 12 hours the bone broth soup is so delicious it is hard to explain...

We had a great day in the gardens planting some of the rare seeds like scarlet kale ,salad burnet,Lunix lettuce, Ching Chang bok Choy,red mustard, and Siamese dragon stir fry mix all of the best Asian greens rich in flavor....
