"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.

The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures. Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.

All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Wow is all we can say the best creamed heirloom tomato soup with the best grilled chees ....

We froze our wonderful heirloom tomatoes, I bet we froze 200 lbs. I was selfish and shared very few of our heirloom tomatoes so we could taste the most wonderful tomatoes all year long. We will have fresh heirloom creamed tomato soup using our farm chicken foot stock, along with grilled cheese...

We grilled a perfect organic turkey. We also had fresh creamed spinach along with potato club potatoes and gravey the hardest thing for me was making fresh yeast rolls and they were fantastic we also made fresh organic pumpkin pie with organic heavy whip cream....

We have some storm clouds as we are doing major prep work for our farm fresh Thanksgiving meal that we look foreword to share it with our family and friends. I had to laugh as I told Michael my hardest job is making some fresh yeast rolls as I am not at all a baker . Turkey what ever and fresh...
