"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.

The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures. Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.

All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

We made a farm salad with arugula and rainbow chard, along with our farm apples and pomagranite , with added pecans and avacado. We also had grilled smoked non cured ham and cheese using our french friends rustic french crusty loaf of bread. We are so enjoying our fall on the farm....

We are having prime bone in rib eye along with our potato club organic great potatoes with our farm fresh string beans . It was fantastic compared to our Mammoth Ca trip ....

What a farce we are both born and raised California and you would think Mammoth Ca would have fine food , let’s be fare they charge a fortune $200 for two which it really bothers me when folks base thier yelp on cost but when you charge extreme top...

This is so great we paid $80per plate for a four plus star meal in mammoth and no drinks it was awful and we are so happy to be home farm fresh fried chicken with our potatoe club potatoes with fire 🔥 roasted corn .farms rule chefs please do not exploits us and pretend shit sandwich is great really...
