We grew our root crops in our farms oldest and best beds , we have roataded , cover cropped ,composted used our worm casting for nearly 20 years on these lower beds. All you need to do is look at the roots on these carrots and beets....

We planted 38 hierloom tomato plants with 18 different varieties these are called pork chop and one of the only true yellow tomatoes , almost all of our plants have fruit really fun. Looking forward to first of July when it’s time to harvest....

Wow is what we say funny I could try and be a great chef and all I have to say is my family is from the south and I love love fried food so I Fried the peppers to top off the flat iron steak anlong with our farm fresh herbs and tacos such flavor and extra crunch and flavor we love street tacos....
