Fall on the farm

We made a whole batch of chicken foot stock it is like gold here at the farm and I rarely share our chicken foot stock. I used 5 lbs of fresh organic chicken feet with some onions ,garlic, and fresh gingeand simmered for many hours. We will use this rich delicious stock to make many of our farm fresh soups and sauces over the fall and winter.
