R.I.P. Dr. Gerry
Our farm would be next to nothing without Dr. Gerry , he taught us everything he made us learn from stitches on our horses to castrating pigs , to multiple surgeries from our cats, dogs and horses. He has seen us cry, laugh, scream and run for our lives. Dr. Gerry was the first contact twenty years ago when we moved to Pahrump.
He even butterflied my forehead when a colt smashed my head open with the buckle of his halter. I’ll never be able to forget his phone number as it was my speed dial for everything on my farm, even after Gerry retired I could text him with questions like how to lance and drain a abscess on our boar. Dr. Gerry always encouraged us and many others throughout our area. We will miss him forever and he was a joy to work with.
when I first met you at your farm you mentioned how invaluable your vet was. Such great knowledge he gave you to take care of the animals. Thank you for sharing this.
PS: I did not realize you had a Lutheran Church in Pahrump.
