We were talking to Bill and Gretchen Lochen the winery owners on how when we used to help process the wine about 15 years ago how we did everything by hand we did use a small distemer that would launch rocks at us if there happened to be a rock in the grapes which happened often , all outside in the heat. Today they are building a twenty thousand square foot processesing building.
