our organic pasture raised red wattle pork tenderloin roast , we are going to sear this on the roatisier with our farm apple butter and apricot jam. We are also picking some of our heirloom onion for a blue cheese wedge salad using our farm cured bacon and then a little sauté farm fresh zucchini . There is nothing less satisfying to be a farmer and to grow and use your own food.
