We got the best compliment on our farm eggs, we have some clients who support our farm and purchase weekly . Tim and Kathy our clients went out of town for three weeks to Oregon and Kathy said she search for the best organic eggs she could find and she said they were more money then ours and she said they were not even close to our eggs. It is very difficult and not cost effective to be able to raise our Diva hens the way we do here on the farm on a large scale. We even had a Chef friend of our farm Brian Howard of Wolf and Sparrow ask how we feed our chickens to get the best eggs. The answer is we have acres of organic high omega three grass pastures our hens run free on five acres eat all the bugs, grasses and organic whole grains then they have a barn with fans and mist systems to hang in when it’s hot plus about 200 trees with shade in pastures then they cruise to the barn at night which we close to keep them safe from preditors. Happy farm hens lay the best eggs money can buy.
