"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Dinner tonight

We had Korean short ribs with rice and our farm fresh heirloom tomatoes and it was fantastic. We had to go to the Las Vegas city counsel for a client today and it was so nice to get home to our farm. The wine glass is my great grandmothers from many years ago love to Grandma Nelson....

Cicada bugs

This is crazy my vet Dr. Gerry told us years ago about this bug. They live under ground and come out very 17 years to breed and this year our farm is buzzing like crazy with them and we have thousands of little holes in the ground we guess where they go under ground for the next 17 years....

Dinner tonight

We try and be creative to use our farm bounty and tonight we had chicken bruschetta and long with some of our lettuce greens and using our farm garlic , heirloom, tomatoes , and our farm basil . Bon appetite....
