We have our sweet potato oakanawa purple and our Adirondack red and blue potatoes along with my farm favorite dahlias and Mr. rooster and gal are having a hay day kicking and scathing our gardens .

Well we were supposed to have tri tip and farm made potato salad but we got caught up in farm chores so what does a farmer do resort to pantry, freezer , and frig here we go french green beans with shallots and wine vinegar and chicken thigh .

While out checking the farm we woke up Grandpa Lewis , and boy you should see how fast he can run from his half acre pasture which is taller then him into the barn to beg for O Happy french bread. Thank you O Happy fresh French bakery for your day old bread....
