We often get asked what is the difference between farm fresh heirlooms and store varieties of tomatoes. It’s hard to explain but this is an example the heirlooms are so meaty and deep sweet tomato taste. I think thes tomatoes look more like water melon....

We are trying to keep up with all the tomatoes on the farm. We have been coring and chopping then bagging to freeze them. Shimi had to go get a shot of antibiotics oh boy she hissed ,spit , and growled her way through the office even though they roll out the red carpet for us . I lied and told her she needed a shot in the a** and they gave it to her in the neck. Well we are on her 20 th life here we go till next time....
