"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Summer farm harvst

We harvested some of our summer crops on the first day of summer. We have kale, spinach , beet greens, many different peppers, along with hibiscus pods....

Yep dinner was great

Our dinner was great summer is so different then the winter comport food we love both so glad for the change. Summer is here so here we go survivle mood for the 100 plus degrees for the next three months ....

Rosemary blossoms

One thing this recipe called for was rosemary and they are in bloom now and there is nothing better then herb blooms so flavorful what a treat when you grow your own food , and all I ask is please support your small local farmer....

Dinner tonight

We are making flat iron steak marinated in black beer with lots more stuff and our heirloom grilled beets and squash. Oilve oil salt and pepper is all you need when using farm fresh ingredients....
