"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Dinner tonight

We had our turkey drum stick soup and we made it with our hiertage Spanish black turkeys and their legs are really tough as they fly into trees and run free on the farm and the meat is dark mahogany color we slow cooked the soup for hours add some faro grain and then made petite grilled cheese...

Sweet Shimi

Here she is sleeping so soundly in her old age , and when we all were chasing the coyote she was outside to see what was going on, most cats would of ran and hid but not Shimi ....

What a difference in a day

Our heirloom tomato plants survived the wind again. We kinda close our eyes and open them slowly to see what damage was done. They are tuff plants as we only ran outside and did what we had to yesterday as it was so windy and cold, and today is just beautiful sunny warm and no wind....

Nesting beds

It’s funny as our hens have many choices as to where to lay their eggs but the usually only use three or four beds and fight over them at that....
