"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

On the menu tonight

We fire roasted a lot of peppers, onions ,and tomatillos and roasted some of our farm organic pastured pork chard on the bbq and then put it all in the slow cooker to make chili verde and it smells so good....

Good old times

We are having lemon butter scallops for dinner tonight on the farm. I whipped out our cracker Georgia’s lemon juicer. We just love all our old hierloom cooking utincles we got from our family they were not rich but they knew how to cook....

Busted again

We have this garden bed completely fenced off and every morning I find this hen inside the garden beds. We took her in from a client that moved and she used to help in the gardens at her other home....
