"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

On the menu tonight

As the week winds down so do our meals. We are having Korean beef fried rice using our left overs from last night and foraging in the gardens for bok choy and scallions. We will also enjoy of our organic ground pork dumplings....

Beautiful evening on the farm

We are searing some Korean short ribs on our summit Weber BBQ it gets over 750 degrees and we just love the bells and whistles on it from the infra red , to sear station , to the extreme heat all while enjoying the surrounding mountains and our sky's ....

Good morning Pahrump

We could see jet streams in our sky this morning. When we fly out of Las Vegas to the SF Bay Area we often can see our farm from the sky and when flying home we wish we could parachute off of the plane....
