We just love fall on the farm and it's almost here . Savory meals are so heart warming we had our red wattle pastured organic pork chops over braised cabbage using our organic chicken foot stock and melted onions . I must say I had to add my favorite stuffing ....

We still have tomatoes but it's such a jungle I am worried about a unwelcome friend hiding in there so I cannot harvest them. We sure are glad we got so many at the begging of the season....

We decided to cut our corrals in half as we no longer raise 17-18 hand warm bloods and thourghbreds. We forgot how heavy they are ....
