"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

I was chatting with a friend I went to kindergarten with ,she now lives in Northern ,CA. She posted pictures of it snowing at her house and I was like I sure am glad it rarely snows here on the farm. It did not snow bet it sure felt like it should....

Thanksgiving on the farm

We had a great Thanksgiving with Eilliette ,Seriel , Ric, Julian our cousin Mark. We are thankful for our friends and the food our farm produces and I think Thanksgiving is a perfect reason why we do what we do with all the work we do on our farm....

Farm fresh heritage turkey

We cooked our farm turkey on our summit BBQ roatiserie and it was absultly the best we have had yet moist tender flavorful . On our menu was our oakanawa sweet potatoes, and scalloped purple farm potatoes, with our famous salad and the star was our Spanish black fresh organic pastured turkey....

Happy Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving on the farm with our French friends. This was their second Thanksgiving with us and their friends first. She is a French cake maker and will be creating cakes for the month of December at O happy bread hear in Pahrump....
