We planted our onions all from seeds we planted about ten different types of heirloom organic. We learn everyday here and we read that it is much easier to harden off onions from seed instead of onion sets. We also planted several root crops of radishes, beets, carrots....

Our farm bred fowl out cruzzing the farm . We have our Spanish black turkeys with the rooster brother and our farm sabastapol geese. They make several laps around the 5 acres and then in the early evening they march into the barn for a safe night rest....
