"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Onions planted

We had so much fun today planting some root crops. I planted 10 different hierloom organic different onions as well as some beets, and multi different exotic organic radishes. I had so much fun I did not leave the farm today....

Wild flowers

While out feeding the farm animals this morning,  as we cut through the  organic chicken pasture we had to stop and enjoy the beautiful flowers that grow wild though out our farm....

Onion patch

We use our home grown compost that we age a minum of one year before we put into our garden beds. We have collected many different hierloom onion seeds and are excited to plant them. We have learned here in the desert it is hard to preserve some of our crops as many need humidity and one way to...
