We are making a ratiserie organic chicken with roasted farm potatoes with onions . Root crops are so rewarding one never thought potatoes and onions had so much flavor and texture....

It's nice to harvest all our surprises some root crops like onions take months to grow so while harvesting it's nice to see all the different verities we planted , we are starting to get some winter delicate squash , some rare seed melons, grapes....
