This morning as we do one of many farm checks we noticed a little something extra in our table grape vines and when stopped to check it was a dove nest we have generations of wild birds that have lived on our farm for the last 18 years. We laugh and joke we wonder if our wild birds are healthier...

There is one thing that does not mind our desert heat it's the vineyards. It's about 104 degrees as we stroll through our 110 vine vineyard. It feels about 20 degrees cooler in the shade. We should have our largest harvest yet as our vineyards are maturing , they are about six years old now....

We always laugh as our dogs last with us in the heat for their first three years after that as we check the farm animals and the gardens they sit in the house with A/C and wait for our return. Sam is here with us in the omega three organic chicken grasses and our wild flowers as we rotate water...
