We always check the animals several times a day expecially in the hot afternoons the piglets lay with mom under a fan as they get older we have a mist system to turn on in the heat of the day. We grew our peppers and tomatoes all from seeds and most from saved seeds from our gardens last year. We will have red, orange , and yellow peppers and many colors of tomatoes....

We are going to make a left over pork chop stir fry using all our farm food Swiss chard, Tuscan kale and Patti pan and zucchini squash....

Our red ranger and Cornish game hens moved to the big barn they will stay here and the paddock until they get some feathers then out to the pastures. Until they can go out on pasture we hand pick organized pasture grasses every day and feed it to them they drop everything to kick and scratch through...
