"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Root crops

our root crops are doing well the garlic is fantastic we have planted this spicy garlic for the past several years using our own saved seeds.we have a little salad mixes and carrots, beets, radish , onions and garlic....

Mosque de Provence pumpkins

Our pumpkins, melons and squash plants are so far doing well just looking for the dark squash bugs to start attacking our vines being organic it's really hard to fight the pests, but we are ready to try....

Zinfandel vineyards

This is our sixth year that we have been carefully growing our vineyards. Last year we had 900 pounds of fruit and this year should get at least 1200 we have grown our vines as slow as possible picking most of the fruit off over the years to let the root structure grow strong. Hierloom tomato plants

Our transplants are doing well we are in the staking and tying faze of their growth, some are already 4-5 feet tall and will grow to ten feet. On the menu tonight

This is new for us using canned food but when you use farm food there is nothing better tonight we are making chili cream sauce over organic chicken thighs and we are using our canned hierloom organic tomatoes as well as our fire roasted pablano chilie peppers from last summer. We just so enjoy...
